I offer attachment-based therapy based on PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Imago, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other proven modalities, depending on your needs.
I promise to be there as your guide and support in every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your injuries, and move forward to where you want to be in your life and your most important relationships.
